NOT YOUR MOM’S SANDWICH SHOP is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Dave and Nicole Stanley. The dream of owning their own restaurant, and the lack of anything comparable, led to the opening of the sandwich shop.
NOT YOUR MOM’S SANDWICH SHOP is certified through the RE:think program. That means we do it what it takes to keep our consumption of resources to a minimum. Through energy and water conservation, as well as great waste management, we make it work! We recycle and compost here, keeping our landfill waste to only about a household sized trash can per month!
Our main goal at the sandwich shop is to serve awesome food, made with whole ingredients. We do that by freshly preparing sauces and dressings; we roast our meats in-house; and we use fresh fruits and vegetables (nothing frozen or pre-cooked!). We don’t use freezers, fryers, or microwaves. We think that makes our food special!
